Hey, nice meet you! My name is Lori-Anne Townsend, but most of my friends and family call me L.A. I have been helping my clients buy and sell homes on Vancouver Island for 6 years! 

When I’m not helping clients with their real estate needs, I am enjoying all that Vancouver Island has to offer with my family and friends! I am a mom to a beautiful little girl, and you will often find me chaperoning teenagers to and from all their activities and hanging out with them at the lake on summer days! Another fun fact about me is that I have 3 dogs and 4 cats! Yes, I Know, my house is a zoo! BUT..I love it!

 With Vancouver Island holding a very special place in my heart, being born, and raised and now raising my daughter on the Island, I can assure you that you are in good hands with me. I am committed to listening to my clients, focusing on their needs, communicating, and using collaborative approach when negotiating to ensure a successful transaction. I have over 20 years in customer service experience and thrive the most when I am helping people. I have also worked in the fitness industry helping clients reach their fitness goals. I have strong people skills and take pride in making sure my clients feel cared for! Their needs and wants are my top priority.

My expert knowledge of this incredible Island, and my experiences of having lived here all my life gives me an enthusiasm and a desire to help my clients with their Island Real Estate Dreams! Since I was a little girl, I loved seeing new homes and decorating my bedroom or changing a room in the house. In fact, in my grade 8 yearbook I wrote that I wanted to be a realtor or interior designer, and here I am fulfilling all my passions while helping my clients prepare their homes for sale or help them get ready for their move into their new home! I am excited to help with all aspects of the sale or purchase of a property and sometimes that means getting my hands dirty with you, too!
